TRAVELING TRAINER
Working out should be the hard part getting to the work out shouldn’t! My primary gym is still closed due to COVID-19 so for this reason I travel with all my equipment and will meet anywhere. Whether it’s a home gym, park, playground, or your backyard everything will be at your convenience with virtually no limitations!
A note from andy
My favorite thing in the world is to ask questions. Since I was little I have maybe heard “do you always ask this many questions” several dozen times. Now, as a fitness professional asking questions is not only valuable it’s crucial. Understanding and working with clients comes down to how can I help you achieve your goals while also making workouts safe, engaging, and instructional.
My certifications are an example of my curiosity and belief in the practice. I not only incorporate the most common tools used by the best experts in the industry, but also new tools that will soon become the new standard.
Everybody and every body is different. It’s for this reason that we’ll work together to find the most efficient and effective means of exercising.
