1:1 Coaching FOR
PERSONAL + ATHLETIC TRAINING

PERSONAL TRAINING: All sessions are typically an hour. Packages include workout tracking including a month – month breakdown. As well, measurements can be taken in order to track progress either bi-weekly or monthly. Monthly progress reports and workouts will be sent electronically at the end of the month.

ATHLETIC PERSONAL TRAINING: Sessions vary from 1 – 1.5 hours. Packages include monthly tracking including assessments and re-assessments. Goals and areas of focus will be determined based on sport or individual interest. Focus on Olympic, explosive exercises, and sport specific power exercises. As well, conditioning and recovery is highly specialized to achieve specific individual progress and results.

Group Coaching

Group exercise is an individualized monthly program that is personal training in a group session. Each person gets personalized treatment, but in a group setting. All the same benefits of personal training are present here with monthly tracking and progress reports.

Sign-up for each session and session rate is established at the beginning of the month, but can be readjusted on a month – month basis. Each group is responsible for establishing the group and number of participants. Substitutes are welcomed, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation also must be done 24 hours in advance, and 1 make-up is allotted per individual per month.

Virtual Training

Get weekly personal training virtually through Face time or Zoom. Sessions include workout plan, a 45-60 minute weekly session, dietary and nutritional counseling.

Get weekly support through 30 minute phone or zoom sessions. We creating specialized workouts for you to DIY. Andy helps you write your workouts. This program includes dietary and nutritional counseling.
